Orders that are destined to areas inside of London will be handled by our friendly local drivers. This gives us the flexibility to deliver your order at a time that suits you best. Furthermore, this option allows us the opportunity to provide a weekend delivery service where possible.
To prevent damage during transit, some of our bespoke gifts and hampers can only be collected. Collection point will be provided once the order has been confirmed. We are based in NW10 London with off street parking available outside. Furthermore, if coming by public transport, we are ideally based within walking distance from both the local bus and train station.
All orders are fulfilled within 1 business day or sooner. Depending on the type and complexity of the work, some orders could require a slightly longer handling time. Rest assured we will process and dispatch your order at the earliest opportunity possible preventing any unnecessary delays.
Orders placed before 2PM are expected to process on the same business day. Our business operates Monday to Friday with the aim to have your order in transit within 24 hours.
